01Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of MailMorris. If you do not agree to these Terms or to the Privacy Policy, do not use the app.
02Purpose of the app
MailMorris provides private, invite-only email tools for authorized users. The app may connect to a user's Google Account and other authorized mail systems to perform mail-related operations requested by that user.
MailMorris is not a public email provider, marketing platform, data broker, archive provider, records-management service, or commercial product.
03Eligibility and access
MailMorris is available only to invited or specifically authorized users. You may use the app only if you have the legal right and account authority to connect the Google, Gmail, external mailbox, IMAP, or other accounts involved.
04Your responsibilities

- Use MailMorris only for accounts and mailboxes you own or are authorized to manage.
- Maintain independent backups of important email and account data before starting any transfer or mail-management operation.
- Review results and report any issue promptly.
- Keep passwords, access links, and account credentials secure.
05Accounts and credentials
MailMorris uses Google OAuth and may store authorization records or tokens needed to operate on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. MailMorris does not receive your Google password.
You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
06Google and third-party services
MailMorris may connect to Google, Gmail, IMAP servers, hosting providers, and other third-party services at your direction. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, account rules, quotas, availability, and security requirements.
MailMorris is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. MailMorris is not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, rejected imports, account restrictions, or other behavior controlled by third-party services.
07Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how MailMorris collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the app, you authorize the processing described there for the features you request.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to:

09No fees
MailMorris currently does not charge users, offer paid tiers, or run advertising. There is no billing relationship between MailMorris and users of the app.
10Availability and changes
MailMorris is provided as a private convenience for authorized users. Features may change, pause, or stop at any time. These Terms may be updated when the app or requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
11No professional advice
MailMorris is not a legal, compliance, archival, records-management, or business-continuity service. You are responsible for deciding whether a mail operation is appropriate for your own account and for preserving any records you need.
12Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your email content and other account data. MailMorris claims no ownership over messages or mailbox data processed on your behalf. MailMorris's code, configuration, names, and site content remain owned by their respective owners and may include open-source components under their own licenses.
13Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailMorris is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MailMorris does not guarantee that any operation will be uninterrupted, complete, error-free, or compatible with every mailbox, message format, attachment, label, or Gmail behavior.
14Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailMorris and the people who operate it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, email, profits, goodwill, or account access arising from use of the app.
15Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if continued use could create a security risk, violate these Terms, violate third-party service rules, or harm another user, account, or service. You may stop using MailMorris at any time by revoking its Google access and asking the administrator or support contact to remove app-held data, subject to the Privacy Policy.
16Governing law
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
